Key Purpose :

  • Responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training for the Gauteng based sales team at WeBuyCars.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver effective training aligned to business goals.
  • Assess training needs and create targeted programs to close identified gaps.
  • Continuously improve and update training materials and processes.
  • Prioritise and implement training plans to support employee development and succession planning.
  • Develop role-specific training profiles, including mandatory and optional learning.
  • Coordinate training schedules, inductions, and ongoing development for new and current employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to address technical, leadership, and personal effectiveness needs.
  • Source, arrange, and deliver internal and external training to fill competency gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal relationships and address training-related inquiries.
  • Lead induction sessions for new employees and maintain robust stakeholder engagement.
  • Support ad hoc business projects as required, including after-hours work.
