Key Purpose :
- Responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training for the Gauteng based sales team at WeBuyCars.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver effective training aligned to business goals.
- Assess training needs and create targeted programs to close identified gaps.
- Continuously improve and update training materials and processes.
- Prioritise and implement training plans to support employee development and succession planning.
- Develop role-specific training profiles, including mandatory and optional learning.
- Coordinate training schedules, inductions, and ongoing development for new and current employees.
- Collaborate with managers to address technical, leadership, and personal effectiveness needs.
- Source, arrange, and deliver internal and external training to fill competency gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders.
- Manage internal relationships and address training-related inquiries.
- Lead induction sessions for new employees and maintain robust stakeholder engagement.
- Support ad hoc business projects as required, including after-hours work.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Training, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a training role and 3 years in sales.
- Experience in Learning & Development in a managerial role.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
