Step into a dynamic and imaginative environment where you'll advise clients on how to influence the visual impact of their business and engage in exciting new ways.As a Junior Sales Rep and Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee marketing and sales functions, including event management, promotional material development, and client relations, while supporting internal tasks and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities : Manage internal tasks such as organizing staff events, conducting product training, and supporting new product launches.Take responsibility for sales turnover, gross profit, and delivering exceptional customer service.Oversee event management for client functions and charity events, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences.Develop promotional material for special events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.Conduct research on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.Maintain and manage databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and product availability.Enhance company visibility through public relations by providing regular press updates, including product launches, staff movements, and events.Manage social media and print advertising to keep the company at the forefront of industry conversations.Analyze sales trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.Call on assigned clients to build relationships and secure sales.Perform administrative and Personal Assistant tasks to support the team.REQUIREMENTS : At least 1 year experience in a sales and marketing role.Closing deals is a challenge and should be embraced as such.
