Junior Sales Representative

Company Overview

A well-established FMCG company is looking for a Junior Sales Representative with 1 - 2 years FMCG sales experience.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Maintain and increase sales for the business.
3. Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base and relationships.
4. Ensure merchandising standards and store layouts are adhered to.
5. Collect, document, and dispatch returns promptly.
6. Gather customer feedback positively and constructively.
7. Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
8. Communicate regularly with management.
9. Log daily customer contacts on CRM tools.
10. Maintain the company vehicle and care for it daily.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 with exemption pass.
• Minimum 1-2 years FMCG sales experience.
