Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Manager to lead and support our Field Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by identifying new opportunities, engaging directly with clients, and managing Field Sales Agents to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with a hands-on approach to sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals Meet with clients on-site to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions Manage and support Field Sales Agents by providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to meet customer needs effectively Ensure individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business Collect customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in sales, with some leadership or team coordination responsibilities Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to motivate and manage field-based teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Willingness to travel regularly for client and team interactions What We Offer Minimum Wage with commission on sales from Field Sales Agents and incentive bonus opportunities Professional growth and leadership development A collaborative and supportive team environment
