We’re a dynamic, fast-growing company passionate about building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a Client Relationship Manager.

This role is ideal for someone with some sales experience (preferably B2B or internal sales) who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to grow their career in client-facing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing business clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and reports to support sales activities.
  • Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and client interaction records.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ sales experience, ideally in a B2B or internal sales environment.
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans (written and verbal).
  • Own car and valid driver’s license (you’ll visit clients).
  • Age 25–35 – confident, mature, and eager to grow into a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, professional, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office & CRM systems).
