The Opportunity: Junior Sales Consultant

Trellidor Port Elizabeth is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. This full-time, on-site position in Port Elizabeth is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a successful sales operation.
In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our customers through their security solution journey. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and product knowledge, all while being mentored by experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering friendly, professional assistance and expert advice on Trellidor products.
- Product Promotion & Sales: Actively promote and sell our comprehensive range of security solutions, understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- CRM Management: Accurately manage and update customer information, sales pipelines, and interactions within our CRM system.
- Sales Target Contribution: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's success.
- Learning & Development: Continuously expand your knowledge of Trellidor products, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and mentorship.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education: A Matric certificate is essential. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role is beneficial, but passionate individuals with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English are a must.
- Personality: An outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, contributing positively to collective goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Location: Must be able to work full-time, on-site, in Port Elizabeth.
- Licensing: A valid South African driver's license is required.
