Overview

Soar Agency Group is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate.

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. The base pay range is $42,000 to $72,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage and Connect: Reach out to potential clients, discuss their insurance needs, and present personalized coverage options.
  2. Build Relationships: Meet with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions and address their questions.
  3. Drive Sales: Conduct business-to-business cold calls and manage a portfolio of clients.
  4. Stay Organized: Respond to client inquiries, schedule follow-up meetings, and report your sales activities and metrics daily.
Qualifications
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Manage your schedule and work efficiently without needing close supervision.

Additional Qualifications
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain the license — licensing reimbursement offered).
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
  • Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
