Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Help manage staff scheduling and monitor timekeeping.
  • Participate in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle basic customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with the implementation of company procedures and operational standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities :
