Key Responsibilities :
Support the Senior Manager in overseeing the daytoday operations of the restaurant
Assist in supervising frontofhouse and backofhouse teams to ensure smooth service
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Help manage staff scheduling and monitor timekeeping
Participate in stock control ordering and inventory checks
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards
Handle basic customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Assist with the implementation of company procedures and operational standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service
Provide leadership and motivation to junior staff members
Requirements :
1 3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or junior management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and financial controls
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays
Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
Familiarity with pointofsale systems and general computer literacy
