Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and client mapping to identify business opportunities.
  • Support strategic business development, including prospecting and relationship building with leading organisations.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process:
    • Drafting job descriptions and adverts.
    • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
    • Headhunting and engaging top-tier executives.
  • Manage the candidate and client experience, ensuring professionalism and high service standards.
  • Contribute to team performance through planning, prioritisation, and consistent execution.
  • Support administrative and reporting activities in line with company recruitment standards.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles (graduates with strong drive and ambition will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
