Requirements
  • Recent graduate (0–2 years’ experience) with excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Proven organisation and follow-through; you love checklists and deadlines.
  • Confidence with AI/ChatGPT and productivity tools (Docs/Sheets); quick to learn new systems (ATS/CRM).
  • Coachable, resilient, and target-driven; comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment.
  • A bachelor degree is essential
Responsibilities
  • Run full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, scheduling/setting up calls, feedback, references, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Use AI to accelerate search strings, outreach, interview guides, summaries, and reporting.
  • Keep our ATS immaculate (stages, notes, data accuracy) and produce clear weekly pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate calendars across time zones; manage candidate and client communications professionally.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks, templates, and hiring workflows.
