Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting job posts and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be working closely with hiring teams and our Head of Recruitment to help build world-class remote teams for our clients.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and genuinely passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft clear, compelling job posts for our clients in line with Talent Sam’s standards
  2. Post job openings on relevant job boards, platforms, and social media
  3. Use recruitment tools (Recruitee) and applicant tracking systems to manage job openings and candidates
  4. Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  5. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and hiring managers
  7. Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific role requirements
  8. Assist in refining and improving recruitment processes for efficiency and better candidate experience
  9. Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  10. Support background and reference checks
  11. Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
  12. Maintain and manage calendars for hiring teams and interviewers
  13. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support end-to-end hiring efforts
Requirements

Must-Have:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Experience sourcing and screening candidates using job boards and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  5. Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
  6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team
  7. High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  8. Familiarity with Google Drive, ClickUp, and general productivity tools
  9. Comfortable conducting initial interviews and reference checks
  10. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  11. Experience recruiting for diverse roles and backgrounds

Bonus:
