We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and support the employer brand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships included) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
