Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
  2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  4. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
  7. Collaborate with senior recruiters to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  8. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Provide a positive candidate experience and support the employer brand.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships included) is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
