Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or related role within construction.
• Basic understanding of measurement principles and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior quantity surveys in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Support tendering by gathering quotes and preparing comparative analyses.
• Assist in interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Monitor site progress and assist in measuring work for valuation purposes.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and assist in financial reporting.
• Support administration of construction contracts and claims.
