Our client in the Building / Construction industry is looking for a qualified Junior Quantity Surveyor in Cape Town. R 20 000 - R 30 000 CTC per month (Depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

• Newly Qualified Quantity Surveyors are WELCOME to apply
• Some experience would be very beneficial
• Minimum qualification : Degree is Quantity Surveying
• Own reliable car and drivers license is required
• Preferably someone already in the Cape Town area (no relocation)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bill of quantities and take-offs from drawings
• Measure and record site works
• Oversee and monitor costs against the budget
• Supplier quotations / subcontractors - Obtain and analyse
• Liaise with site managers, engineers and subcontractors
• Implementation of company policies, SHEQ and ISO requirements and procedures
