Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a capable junior quantity surveyor to assist with surveying activities and project calculations at a construction site in Paarl. You will provide numerical and analytical support, prepare and maintain project documentation, and assist with coordination and admin tasks.

The role requires a completed Quantity Surveying qualification, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completed qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the construction industry advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Own transport essential.
