SOLID is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. You will participate in end-to-end testing of SOLID software, translating requirements into test cases and ensuring deliverables meet high standards.

You will work closely with software engineers to identify defects, validate fixes, and contribute to testing across Mobile Apps, GIS Mapping, and Network Solutions. A meticulous mindset and strong communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years QA experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive software and UI testing on SOLID software.
• Translate requirements into test plans and test cases.
• Test software for reliability, scalability, and usability.
• Identify defects and deviations from business rules.
• Collaborate with software engineers using SDLC tools and methodologies.
• Assist with build, merge, and release processes.
• Document and publish software user guides.
