REX (Retail Execution Platform) is Smollan’s proprietary Sales Force Automation (SFA) application, currently used by field sales teams across Europe, South Africa, and other global markets. REX enables planning, tracking, and optimization of retail activities, including in-store visits, audits, merchandising, and performance management. With its modular design and cost-effective deployment, REX is central to Smollan’s European operations and is now being prepared for broader external market expansion.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will drive our client onboarding and training capabilities while improving internal processes to scale REX Delivery.

Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager you will take ownership of the planning, execution and delivery of strategic REX implementations and internal projects. You will track progress, manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, deadlines, and budgets. You will play a key role in ensuring both client and internal business projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

A core part of your responsibility will be leading client onboarding activities—guiding new customers through the REX implementation process, ensuring smooth adoption, and delivering tailored training to users and stakeholders. You will also contribute to process improvements and help build a best-practice project office environment that supports Smollan’s and DataOrbis’ strategic goals.
