Junior Project Coordinator position available in Paarl.

Our client is looking for a reliable, practical young person (ideally a recently matriculated Afrikaans-speaking) as a Junior Project Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing joinery projects and on-site installations.
• Travel between sites in the Boland area (vehicle provided).
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Keep things running smoothly on site — monitor quality, timelines, and health & safety.
• Sort out problems on the go — thinking on your feet is key.
• Keep an eye on materials, tools, and site activity.

Requirements:

• A hard-working, trustworthy, and practical person.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and can speak/understand English.
• Great with common sense and can figure things out on your own.
• Willing to learn and not scared to get your hands dirty.
• Able to lead others with time and take ownership of a site.
• Driver’s license required — you’ll get a company vehicle to use.
