Junior Production Manager (Agri)

Junior Production Manager (Agri) required in Elgin.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of various production functions to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
• Delegate tasks, lead and support production employees and contractors, and motivate teamwork to achieve set targets.
• Plan and organise resource allocation to ensure best agricultural practices are implemented on time and to standard.
• Measure and monitor productivity and quality and propose solutions to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including health and safety, SIZA and integrated crop management.
• Financial and administrative support, including annual budget assumptions.
• Actively manage new plantings.
• Performing maintenance tasks and specific requests from the owner.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification and experience.
