• Production: Plant, schedule irrigation, apply fertilizer, pest, plaque and weed control, prune harvest, monitoring, all manipulations
• Personnel and administration: Labor planning and management, record keeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment/orchards/general)
• Financial: Cost control by focusing on productivity

Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture, with at least 3 years' experience in the cultivation of citrus and/or Avocados
• Knowledge of modern production practices
• Specific knowledge/experience in irrigation practices will be to your advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
