JUNIOR PRODUCT TRAINER & SERVICES CONSULTANT (SKIN CARE)

JOHANNESBURG with company travel to other provinces required - GAUTENG, South Africa

START : A.S.A.P / 01 July 2025

EMPLOYMENT TERMS : Full Time (remote work from home office)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday to Friday
• 08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm
• Traveling times may fall out of the work times - flexibility is key

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :

• Minimum take home per month R13,500
• Travel & Accommodation expenses covered by the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• South African national
• Diploma in Skin Care / Somatology / Cosmetology or Dermal Aesthetics
• CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP or similar accreditation
• BONUS Skill : Train the Trainer / Educator certification
• At least 2-years in a Spa or Salon environment post graduation
• Confident in Skin Care & Body Care knowledge (ingredients, education of somatology etc.)
• Based in Johannesburg with your own, reliable transport
• Computer confident including ZOOM, MS Word, MS Excel, One Drive, MS Power Point & Outlook
• Confident, clear English command (first or second language)
• Highly presentable and professionally groomed
• Non-smoking, good health and oral hygiene
• Have a home-office with no external sounds or disruptions (pets / children / music)
• Laptop with high speed internet access
• Printer for office admin

NEED TO KNOW :

• Confident in using laptop and perform lessons & training online
• Focused and able to multi task
• Administrative confidence and ability to follow strict SOP's
• You must be able to travel to other provinces (at company's expense) on a regular basis to oversee in-house training or expos
• Accountable for keeping to time schedules and appointments
• Endurance is required for long hours of traveling & training

SUMMARY OF DUTIES : 1. Services Duties

• identifying and resolve client concerns or queries
• present new products and information
• regular stock taking
• follow-up orders
• Maximize sales through : promotional days & talks, refresher training & power hour sessions, retail training
• Admin : Schedule, service and training feedback reports
• Regional trainer for students of selected schools
• Facilitate clinic days following training at schools

2. Training :

• o Training therapists and / or students in our brands
• Preparation and ordering of all training requirements needed : products, notes, manuals, exams etc.
• Retail training & power hour sessions
• Marking of exams and documenting of required certificates
• Follow-up correspondence : post-training to thank clients
• Requires out of town travelling
