Description

We are seeking a Junior Product Owner or an experienced Business Analyst (BA) looking to transition into a Product Owner role within an IT/Telecoms environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  1. Creating functional designs through story elaboration and managing detailed implementation as part of the global product portfolio.
  2. Working within an agile framework, collaborating closely with offshore development teams to provide functional guidance, track progress, and ensure clear communication.
  3. Engaging with Product Management and customers to define and present product functionalities.
  4. Contributing to the analysis of support issues and implementing bug fixes aligned with the product roadmap.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • 1-2 years experience as a Product Owner or a Business Analyst eager to move into a Product Owner role.
  • Knowledge of telecoms or telecoms software is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on future planning and tactical delivery.
  • Ability to interpret code as functional blocks and collaborate with offshore teams.
  • Strong prioritization, delivery management, data modelling, and understanding of non-functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience with the software lifecycle and agile delivery approaches.
