We are seeking a dedicated Junior Planner / Online Merchant to support the onboarding and ongoing management of a high-volume global brand partner. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution across product lifecycle management, replenishment strategies, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive commercial success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Product Lifecycle Management

• Initial Buys & Assortment Planning: Assist in developing buy sheets and assortment plans aligned with brand strategies and sales forecasts.
• Product Enrichment: Collaborate with the content team to ensure accurate and comprehensive product information, including technical specifications, images, and descriptions.
• Intake Tracking: Monitor and report on product intake, ensuring timely availability and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and sales performance to identify replenishment needs.
• Replenishment Triggers: Set and manage replenishment parameters to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Forecasting: Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust plans accordingly.

Data & System Management

• Order Creation: Manage manual order processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Technical Enrichment: Oversee the onboarding of new styles and sizes, ensuring system readiness.
• System Maintenance: Maintain data integrity across all relevant systems and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics, compliance, pricing, site operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders regarding the assigned brand partner.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Commercial Planning Support: Assist in developing and executing commercial strategies, including markdowns and promotions.

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in merchandise planning, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
