This position is required to work closely with the Retail planner and Merchandiser to analyse customer activity, forecast sales, select forward-trending merchandise and replenish stores optimally to maximise trading opportunities and minimise stock holdings in store.
Sales and Stock Management
Monthly sales plan achieved (monthly, quarterly, season & yearly)
Work with Line Manager on adhoc & Seasonal Forecast
Plan store capacity, SKU capacity & SKU productivity
Location review of stock & sales monthly
Place & fulfill IO's for DTC channels
Execute allocations to stores for both seasonal product and core product based on store needs and analysis
Communicating with Stores where necessary to understand trading patterns by doing monthly store visits
Assist with management of the seasonal flow of range assortments
Manage stock flow regarding NPI & EOL
Assist with weekly cycle counts & stock take process
Assist with Wholesale Planning and stock management
Product Analytics
Manage TOP & BOTTOM product performers by looking at sell throughs, weeks of stock (WOS) & Stock Ageing
Monitoring in season trade and react accordingly
Manage store rankings, missed opportunities and SKU productivity
