Key Responsibilities : Coordinate Auto Transports : Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.

Ad-Hoc Support : Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.

Cross-Department Collaboration : Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

Customer Communication : Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

Qualifications : Fluency in English and French (additional languages such as German, Polish, or Lithuanian are a big plus)

Strong phone communication skills, with experience in customer support or sales

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proactive and hands-on mentality, with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
