In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, guide users through solutions, and ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer interaction to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding incidents logged.
- Work well with colleagues and be a team player, willing to assist.
- Adhere to all correspondence and execute or note in the correct manner.
- Follow instructions, including customer Working Instructions (WI) or management instructions.
- Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption to the client.
Your Expertise:
- English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills.
- Excellent customer interaction and communication.
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Understanding of networking protocols and standards (link aggregation protocols, spanning tree).
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Wireless radio network maintenance and new links (multiple brands).
- Data centre infrastructure design and build.
- UPS batteries and power knowledge.
- Working at heights.
- Fibre splicing and testing experience (Min. 4 Years).
Qualifications Required:
- National Senior Certificate / Matric / N3 / Grade 12.
- Pass typical recruitment checks (reference, criminal checks, etc.).
Qualifications Preferred:
- Fibre Certificate.
- Working on heights certificate.
- Medical certificate.

- Work Environment: Work from Office – 5 Days Office.
- Physical Demands: Sitting, Walking, Bending, Stretching, Climbing.
