- 1–2 years in network or systems support, service desk, or IT helpdesk.
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for network and systems infrastructure.
- Monitor performance and ensure availability of networks and servers.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and system issues.
- Assist with Windows and Linux server administration and maintenance.
- Support patch management, upgrades, and configuration tasks.
- Document incidents and maintain accurate support records.
