Job summary

You will build partner relationships, handle leads from multiple channels, and support the sales team with quotes and information to convert leads into final policies.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 essential; a relevant degree or RE5 qualification, if fit and proper, is advantageous.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• South African citizenship applies as per Employment Equity Plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with business partners to generate motor insurance leads.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships for a quality lead flow.
• Address issues reducing lead volumes and protect business quality.
• Represent the brand professionally to expand motor industry presence.
• Capture leads accurately on the Softsure system from email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Call, quote, and finalise motor insurance agreements with clients.
• Upsell additional insurance products to clients.
• Monitor referral payments and maintain partner data for compliance.
