Job summary

Managed People Solutions invites young, unemployed TVET graduates to join an 18-month internship as Junior Merchandisers in Parow, Western Cape. The program aims to build hands-on experience by performing stock, merchandising, and customer service tasks under supervision.

Participants must be under 28 and hold an N6 TVET Certificate (Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management). Stipend: R3 500 per month for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.

• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.

This opportunity is only open to individuals who have completed their TVET College N6 Certificate (looking to complete their 18-month workplace experience program to apply for N6 Diploma) in Parow, Western Cape.

About the Programme: We are offering a dynamic 18 Months Internship Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. Successful candidates will be working as Junior Merchandisers performing the following duties:
