Managed People Solutions Pty in Goodwood, Western Cape, is seeking aJunior Merchandiser Intern to join our fast-paced retail team. You will create eye-catching product displays, support stock planning, and learn in-store merchandising with leading brands.

Open to energetic, reliable candidates under 28 who are currently unemployed and holding an N6 in Marketing Management or Business Management. This 18-month TVET internship offers a monthly stipend and hands-on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Energetic, reliable and detail‑oriented candidate required.
• N6 certificates in Marketing Management and/or Business Management preferred.
• Open to current unemployment and first internship opportunity.

Aufgaben

• Determine stock that needs to be merchandised.
• Ensure the correct stock is available in-store.
• Check product quality, rotation, and pricing.
• Set up products according to merchandising standards.
• Report customer issues and requests.
• Maintain accurate merchandising records.
• Monitor and report out-of-stock items to management.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Execute store calls according to the call cycle.
• Advise the Regional Sales Manager on out-of-stock products.
