About the Programme : We are offering a dynamic 12 or 18-month Internship Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. Successful candidates will work as Bike Junior Merchandisers, performing the following duties:

1. Determine stock to be merchandised
2. Draw stock requirements
3. Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
4. Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
5. Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
6. Communicate effectively and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
7. Record merchandising activities accurately
8. Execute calls as per call cycle
9. Advise RSM on out-of-stock products

Requirements :

• Valid Motorcycle License (Code A or Code A1)
• Matric (Grade 12)
• N6 TVET Certificate (seeking to complete an 18-month workplace experience program)
• NCV Level 4 Certificate in Office Admin, Marketing, Management, or Business Studies
• No prior work experience required
• Reside close to Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, or Randfontein

Duration :

• N6 TVET Internship: 18 months
• NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 months
