- No experience required. Any Merchandising experience will be beneficial.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Buyer and Product Developer with everyday administrative tasks.
- Following up on outstanding purchase orders and short-delivered stock.
- Amending purchase orders for suppliers if the incorrect price is on.
- Amending purchase orders for the store if they cannot GRV because of the Invoice. Reinstate Cancelled POs.
- Presenting and providing quotations for new products to customers and management.
- Order and sample tracking to ensure on-time supplier shipment.
- Analyzing orders with ME Excel spreadsheets and administering orders from placement to final store delivery, including quality control (sample approval).
- Assisting in managing pre-production samples through to production approval, within company policies and procedures.
- Viewing MerchExport Report daily and reinstating cancelled POs.
- Building a Buysheet according to the Department.
- Entering details such as Brand, Gender, Month, Phase In, Phase Out, Comparison PLU, PLU Code, Description, RPL / Fashion, Loft, RH / LH, Stiff / Reg, Cost, RSP, and Margin.
- Loading minimum stock levels and creating opening orders as per Planner calculations.
- Placing orders according to the Buyer / Planner.
- Maintaining and liaising with suppliers.
- Loading Supplier References by SKU and monitoring references, making adjustments as needed.
- Adjusting prices (Cost Price / RSP) according to the Supplier / Buyer.
- Updating system data to reflect correct Cost Price, RSP, GP Margin, and supplier references.
- Launching new products and creating new codes according to the Buyer’s specifications.
- Migrating previous range codes to Non-Reg as instructed by the Buyer.
