About the role

As a Junior Medical Content Editor, you will support the Content team by immersing yourself in the online/digital media world, learning quickly, and honing your skills and industry knowledge. Your role is crucial in assisting with creating reference packs and working on assignments.

About you

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, regulations, and client policies, including reference tagging.
  • Good understanding of UK oncology brands to facilitate reference tagging tasks.
  • Strong understanding of the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) approval process.
  • Collaborate with graphic design, brand, and production teams on content amendments and project deliveries.
  • Create reference packs on Veeva Vault based on briefs from the brand team.
  • Source appropriate references for different assets.
  • Markup PDFs for citation reordering and coordinate with design and production teams.
  • Follow best practices in processes, communication, project management, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in training and work on assignments as required.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, security, and company policies.
  • Educational qualifications: B Pharm / M Pharm / BDS / MDS / PhD.
  • Minimum 3 years of agency experience.
  • Passion for the pharmaceutical market and networking.
  • Stay updated with scientific developments and relate them to projects.
  • Client-oriented with focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Timely completion of assignments, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in a multinational, matrix environment.
