Responsibilities

1. Initially, the role will involve minimal responsibilities until you are deemed ready for direct client interaction, both internally and externally.
2. Your primary objective will be to provide the best code of practice advice regarding product usage and the suitability of clients' equipment.
3. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical reports to clients, ensuring compliance with the legal requirements outlined in the Minerals Act.
4. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in initiating laboratory requests as necessary and liaising effectively with both internal and external departments to facilitate smooth operations.
5. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining sales to established clients while also proactively developing new business relationships to drive growth and expansion.
