Experience :
- Proven working experience in the mechanical / consulting industry with project experience in mechanical / mining projects, with a minimum of 5+ years.

- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks.

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop and review mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Report and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Meet with clients to clarify project requirements.
- Travel to site for client interaction or OEM supplier visits as required.
- Delegate tasks to junior staff based on their strengths and experience.
- Develop project plans for clients and staff sharing.
- Ensure work meets acceptable standards and maintain project records per quality systems.
- Prepare specifications, schedules, estimates, reports, meeting agendas, and procurement documents.
