Job summary

Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering trainee to support the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems. You will assist and learn from senior engineers and technical personnel on daily projects while building practical technical knowledge.

You will read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, participate in inspections and testing, and help prepare documentation and engineering reports.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Mechanical engineering qualification (diploma/degree) advantageous.
• Open to studying towards mechanical engineering or apprenticeship.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical technical skills.
• Previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
