Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and develop custom industrial machinery based on customer requirements.
2. Collaborate with management to improve service and explore new business opportunities.
3. Communicate technical information clearly with team members and clients.
4. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 0-2 years of experience (entry-level welcome)
3. Passion for problem-solving and innovation
4. Strong communication and multitasking abilities
5. Proficiency in mechanical design software
6. Advantageous but not essential: Experience in industrial machinery design
