About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Assist senior engineers in developing and modifying engineering drawings based on design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company specifications, and project requirements.
• Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other relevant documentation.
• Support the engineering team by performing basic design calculations and research.
• Maintain organized digital and physical drawing records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and assembly teams to clarify design intent and resolve drafting issues.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, both remotely and on-site.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant certification in Mechanical Drafting, CAD, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical drafting or design.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
