We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help grow our brand presence.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a passion for digital marketing, and can execute campaigns that align with our business goals and company culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaignsManage and update content on company website and social media platformsDesign basic marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media graphicsHelp coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activitiesCollaborate with sales and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectivesTrack performance metrics of campaigns and provide regular reportsResearch industry trends and competitor activity to support content creationMaintain the company's online brand presence, including responding to online enquiries or comments

Minimum Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2-5 years of experience in a marketing or admin support roleBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools)Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Advantageous :

Experience with Sage or knowledge of HR / Payroll industryBasic WordPress or website management experienceEmail marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
