Overview

We are seeking a data-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and loyalty programme data. This role is pivotal in providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Analysis:
    • Analyse the performance of various marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., email, social media).
    • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to inform future campaigns.
    • Manage the targeted campaigns calendar.
    • Liaise with various departments during the preparation phase (e.g. codes, artwork, copy)
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Customer Analysis:
    • Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Understand customer profiles and identify target audiences for specific marketing initiatives.
  • Direct Marketing Mailer Performance:
    • Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Analyse email content and design to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for optimising email content and frequency.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for the marketing team.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support Marketing Team:
    • Provide data-driven insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
