Job Specification

Reporting to the Manager Retail Store, the incumbent would be responsible for aspects of a retail store, including assisting the Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Minimum Requirements

  • NQF 5 Diploma
  • 3 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with a high level of proficiency
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of POS systems

  • Assist with the automation/optimization of digital processes and inventory control platforms
  • Assist with developing consumer-facing content across various segments to promote the company's products & brands
