Job description
BKB is seeking a Junior Financial Manager who will be responsible for both the Financial and Administrative affairs of the region. The incumbent will be responsible for the Financial Management of the business in order to manage the financial department according to sound financial systems, practices and processes that are compliant with relevant legislation and meet principles of international best practises and will allow the organisation to achieve its strategic financial objective. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for the operational management and profitability of the business, including, Management of all administrative duties and processes related to the business.
Qualifications, Experience
BCom Hons: Accounting
CA / CFA / SAIPA is recommended
Industry related experience is recommended

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the financial and administrative team
Take full responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate accounting reports
Prepare monthly management accounts
Coordinate and complete the annual budget process
Ensure compliance with accounting policies
Liaise with and coordinate external auditors
Authorize daily payments
Oversee the completion of auctions and liaison transactions in accordance with procedures
