Placements24 Durban is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Management Consultant to join our growing practice. In this entry-level role, you will support senior consultants on client engagements, contributing to research, analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations.

You will gain hands-on experience across various business challenges, work with a supportive team, and participate in training and mentorship to build a career in management consulting in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a client-facing role in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis for client projects.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support the planning and execution of client meetings and workshops.
• Help identify potential risks and issues within client projects and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for client challenges.
