Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and ability to work within a team structure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing client business challenges and identifying areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to support the development of strategic recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for client review.
