Join our client's fast-growing fresh produce company and help them deliver nature's best from farm to shelf efficiently, safely, and on time.

They are looking for a Junior Logistics Manager to take charge of their end-to-end supply chain operations.

You will play a key role in managing their transportation and warehouse network, ensuring our perishable goods stay fresh and arrive on time, every time.

What You'll Do :

1. Oversee day-to-day logistics including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
2. Manage cold chain logistics to maintain produce freshness and reduce spoilage
3. Coordinate with growers, transporters, and retail customers to ensure smooth delivery flow
4. Optimise delivery routes and logistics costs using data-driven tools
5. Ensure full compliance with food safety and transportation regulations
6. Lead and support a team of drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators
7. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve logistics performance

What You Bring :

• 2-3 years in logistics or supply chain, ideally in fresh produce or perishables
• Strong understanding of cold chain and inventory systems
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with logistics software
• A get-it-done attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant
