Job Responsibilities
  1. Help to keep track of and maintain the monthly budget expenses.
  2. Plan, organize, and schedule appointments.
  3. Develop and maintain a filing system and carry out various admin duties.
  4. Manage all administration tasks related to the operational functions.
  5. Basic procurement (obtain quotes, request purchase orders, track delivery and invoicing).
  6. Maintain vehicle maintenance records, including mileage, fuel consumption, service records, etc.
  7. Handle office administration, stock ordering, and reporting (stationery, printer, etc.).
