Job ResponsibilitiesHelp to keep track of and maintain the monthly budget expenses.Plan, organize, and schedule appointments.Develop and maintain a filing system and carry out various admin duties.Manage all administration tasks related to the operational functions.Basic procurement (obtain quotes, request purchase orders, track delivery and invoicing).Maintain vehicle maintenance records, including mileage, fuel consumption, service records, etc.Office administration, stock ordering, and reporting (stationery, printer, etc.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment.Accurate processing of information and diligent completion of tasks.Honest & reliable as well as being resolute and punctual.Sense of urgency.Principled individual that will drive the company values.Desired Experience & QualificationA Matric education background.Experience in the logistics / transport industry.Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
