We are seeking a
Junior LMS & CPD Support Coordinator to help power our eCPD platform.
If you're methodical, service-minded, and digitally confident, this is a perfect early-career role in admin and client operations. You'll help healthcare professionals across Africa stay certified and competent by keeping our digital systems accurate, up to date, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) platform operations, including:
- Responding to client queries via email, helpdesk (Freshdesk), and telephone
- Uploading CPD courses, webinars, quizzes, and reading material into Moodle
- Processing payment confirmations and updating CRM records
- Submitting and tracking accreditation with councils like HPCSA and HPCNA
- Generating monthly reports and client summaries
- Keeping SOPs and data records up to date
- Coordinating with editors and content contributors
- Supporting CPD sponsorship clients with account setup and access
You’ll work in a predictable monthly cycle with clear tasks and deadlines—ideal for someone who values structure and steady-paced work.

Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant Diploma or Certificate is an advantage)
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in an administrative, client support, or digital operations role (internships welcome)
- Strong written and verbal English (Afrikaans an advantage)
- Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Able to manage routine tasks with accuracy and independence
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong digital confidence
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Legal right to work in South Africa
Advantageous
- Experience with Moodle, CRM, or Freshdesk systems
- Familiarity with HPCSA/HPCNA CPD accreditation processes or health-related work
- Prior work in education, healthcare, or publishing sectors
