Junior Line Compliance Officer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Line Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in risk, compliance, and internal controls while engaging with various stakeholders and operational teams.

Role Overview

As a Junior Line Compliance Officer, you will support the implementation of compliance initiatives, monitor risks, and ensure internal control execution for your assigned client area. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of risk awareness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare critical documentation such as Operations Standard Document (OSD) and Business Information Security Risk Assessment (BISRA).
• Implement controls in line with OSD, contractual obligations, and corporate policies.
• Liaise with internal departments to drive policy and procedural compliance.
• Conduct compliance and audit reviews for your assigned business unit.
• Monitor risks and controls; highlight exceptions and support the resolution process.
• Conduct awareness sessions and coordinate compliance training initiatives.
• Lead the annual ‘Compliance Self-Assessment’ process.
• Ensure timely closure of issues raised during audits or reviews.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Good communication and report writing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, SOX, COSO, and basic accounting standards is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, team player mindset, and a high level of professional integrity.

Assessment Requirement

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an Excel and PowerPoint-based assessment within a set time limit. This will help us evaluate your practical skills in:
